Wemix Heavy Duty Mixer - TBZ Series
INTRODUCTION
Our WEMIX TBZ series mixer is designed for heavy duty mixing applications even the harshest process condition. It features an ultra-rigid, high mechanical and thermal HP service factor gearbox which allows continuous duty and severe shock load. TPZ series mixer comes with a high performance shaft coupling device for ease installation and maintenance in the long run.
In short, WEMIX Mixer TBZ Series is an enhanced, high performance mixer that supports long and cantilevered impeller shafts for high torque mixing applications.
APPLICATIONS
TBZ series mixer can be applied in a variety of mixing application, from medium to high viscosity fluid, large batch volume mixing process or even solid-liquid blending. TBZ mixer is also ideal for applications where space is limited.
TBZ series mixer can handle fluid up to 500m3, with power of motor from 0.25kW to 22kW and output shaft diameter up to 60mm. We do provide larger sizes mixers too upon discussion.
PRODUCTS FEATURES
The robust, high efficiency, one-piece cast iron housing gearbox enables the mixing application to withstand a high bending moment and torque load that are common in most heavy-duty mixing. Our gearbox is assembled with premium alloy-steel helical gearing which is hardened by carbon penetration and grinded precisely. Thus, it provides a nearly silent operation, less vibration and more bearing life.
WEMIX TBZ series mixer features a stirring transmission device, namely impeller shaft coupling pedestal. It acts as a connecting point of the gearbox and a long rigid agitating shaft. Not only the fulcrum frame stabilises the vibration during the continuous operation of mixer, it also greatly increases the bearing strength and lifespan of the mixer. Moreover, the coupling device adds mechanical versatility to any mixing application, where the gearbox can be completely removed from service for overhaul without dismantling the impeller shaft for huge improvement in safety, time and cost.

Our WEMIX TBZ series mixer can be designed as per your process demands. Customers can select from a board range of superior durable hydrofoil impellers, 3HE impellers and high shear blades depending on the needs of your application – all in a compact and efficient package.
Various mounting plates are available to suit to your facility, single or double mechanical seals are also available for your closed tank applications or to prevent high run out of the agitating shaft.
